Eames Aluminium Group Chair
This is an Eames Aluminium Group Chair by Herman Miller, made in 1987.
We currently have 2 of the Eames Aluminium Group chairs by Herman Miller.
Each chair exudes a graceful silhouette which sits well in all kinds of home and workplace interiors. They are comfortable to sit on. The chairs are in used condition and contains some wear and tear on the black vinyl as shown in the photos. The overall structure and stability of the chair is still in great condition.
The height of the seat is adjustable.
The chair can be lifted off its base and reassembled easily.
The original label has come off and only traces of the label can be currently seen under the seat.

About the Design
The Aluminium Group Chair, by husband-and-wife duo Charles and Ray Eames, is a masterpiece of mid-century modern design. First launched in 1958, the chair embodies sophisticated elegance with its sleek aluminium frame and ergonomic form.
It was originally commissioned for outdoor use by Eero Saarinen and Alexander Girard for the Irwin Miller House. The design was then adapted for indoor use, quickly making it an essential addition to stylish homes and offices.
