At Industry Vintage, we believe in doing things right, even if that's a little different. We take extra care to ensure your items are delivered safely and securely. While this may take a little longer than mainstream retailers, we promise it’ll be worth the wait.
Confirming Your Order
Here’s what happens after you place your order:
- We’ll confirm shipping costs and delivery options with you.
- Once payment is finalised, your item will be carefully packed and dispatched using one of our trusted delivery partners.
After Confirming Your Order
Relax—we’ve got it covered! Once your order is placed, we’ll work to get it to you promptly. Everything listed on our site is in stock and ready to be shipped directly from our Northland store.
Shipping the Good Vibes Home
There’s nothing we love more than sending our vintage finds to their new homes. Every order is handpicked and packed with the utmost care by one of our local team members. We can’t wait for you to enjoy it as much as we do.
Special Requests and Bulky Items
Have a special request or ordering something oversized? No problem! We are only too happy to tailor a custom service to meet your delivery needs. If you already have the details, we ask:
- For bulky, fragile, or non-standard items, simply contact us before placing your order, and we’ll provide a tailored shipping quote.
- Alternatively, select the "Customised Shipping" option at checkout, and we’ll handle the rest.
Note: Because we take extra care with oversized items, delivery may take a little longer to ensure everything arrives in perfect condition.
Delivery and Dispatch Times
Once your order is received, we’ll dispatch it within 2–3 business days.
Estimated Delivery Times After Dispatch:

- Local Area: Overnight to 1 day (for orders placed by 11 am, Wednesday–Sunday)
- Rural Areas: 2–4 days

- Non-Rural: 2–3 days
- Rural Areas: 4–7 days

Click & Collect
Prefer to pick up your order? You can click and collect from our Waipu store—easy and convenient! Just get in touch to arrange collection.
Door-to-Door Delivery
We offer local delivery for some items and may even deliver directly to you in certain cases.
Standard Shipping
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and size of your order. For oversized or non-standard items, additional charges may apply, which we’ll confirm with you before processing your order.
Additional Costs
In rare cases, additional fees may apply. If this happens, we’ll notify you before finalising your order.
Tracking and Insurance
We ship every order with trusted delivery partners and include:
- Tracking: Keep an eye on your order from dispatch to delivery.
- Insurance: All shipments are insured for peace of mind, protecting your purchase against loss or damage.
