Vitrolite is a brand of pigmented structural glass, popular from the 1900s to the 1950s for its high-strength, non-porous, and glossy appearance, commonly used in Art Deco, Streamline Moderne, and commercial renovations. It acted as a sanitary, colorful alternative to marble or ceramic, commonly seen in bathrooms, kitchens, and storefronts in colors like black, white, and jade green.
